The museum spans different makers and eras, so allow time for comparison rather than treating it as one brand's collection. Check the dated operator calendar before travel. Published dates through November 30, 2026 generally use Monday–Thursday 10:00–17:00, Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturday 09:00–19:00 and Sunday 09:00–17:00. Exceptions: October 11 and November 22 close at 19:00; October 12, November 3 and November 23 open 09:00–17:00. Last admission is 30 minutes before closing, but counter ticket sales end at 17:00 on extended days. Online adult tickets are ¥1,600 on weekdays and ¥1,800 on weekends/holidays; on-site prices are ¥1,800/¥2,000. Reservations are recommended for priority entry but are not mandatory. The museum estimates 30–60 minutes for a tour.
